How do I know if I need a new roof?
Shingles typically last 15 to 30 years, but Minnesota weather is hard on them. Watch for water spots on ceilings, curling, cracked or missing shingles, granules in the gutters, and hail or wind damage. If your roof is over 12 years old or showing any of these, call us out for a free inspection. Not all damage is visible from the ground.
Do you handle storm and hail damage?

How long does a roof replacement take?

What happens if my new roof leaks?
It is covered. GAF and Owens Corning shingles carry lifetime manufacturer warranties (most transferable to a new owner for a small fee), and we stand behind our workmanship. We would repair the leak and any damage to sheetrock, insulation, or paint.
