How do I know if I need a new roof?
Shingles typically last 15–30 years, but Minnesota weather is hard on them. Watch for water spots on ceilings, curling, cracked or missing shingles, granules in the gutters, and hail or wind damage. If your roof is over 12 years old or showing any of these, call us out for a free inspection — not all damage is visible from the ground.
